COVID-19 Refund Policy
In case we need to shut down because of COVID 19, we unfortunately cannot provide refunds because some management fees have to be paid regardless. However, we will provide 70% of the fees paid as a credit that you can redeem for other classes for a year. If you have attended some classes already, the credit will be 70% of the prorated balance left.
Make-up policy
No refunds will be given for missed classes due to illness, injury, or any other unforeseen schedule conflicts. Students have until the end of a session to utilize purchased class days. Missed or unused classes, will not roll over to the next session.
Make-ups can be offered in the same session based on availability. Please email us at siliconvalleytennis@gmail.com to check on availability.
If you are booked for 4 days or more/week, there will be no make- up allowed because this option is already heavily discounted.
Thank you.
