From toddlers to adults and red ball to professional we have a class for you. Tournaments players holding at least two years of competitive experience, aspiring to develop and improve their game to progress to the next level. Register

High Performance (HP)­ Intense tournament players with at least four years competitive experience, along with a USTA NorCal ranking Register

1. Work on Balance (as balance is the basic of power, basic of control, basic of endurance, basic of timing, basic of recovery for the next shot, basic of good vision, basic of efficiency, etc.)

  • Development of game style
  • Playing the ball at different heights
  • Different serve and return options
  • Sequencing of shots

  • Sound technique on lob, overhead, drop shot, etc.
  • Developing use of spin
  • Developing racquet head speed
  • Preparation for the next shot, especially after serve

Lengths of Sessions in the Training Phase
  • 2 hours with recovery before next session
  • 12-20 hours of physical activities (including tennis) per week

Summer Policies: 

1. Single Plans can not be shared between other players
Second sibling may share any package if the first child purchases 25 or more class days OR over 4 weeks

2. Unlimited Package: students may attend from 8:30 ­ 2pm (with one hour break. Transportation provided back home within 11 miles. morning and afternoon sessions

3. Paid classes are only useable during Summer Camp, and are not transferrable to proceeding sessions

4. There will be no refunds for missed/cancel

5. Silicon Valley Tennis transportation is limited to the following cities: Mountain View, Cupertino, Los Altos, Sunnyvale
